We had a great family dinner! Kimberlee chose Panda Express orange chicken for the main course. We had rice, stir fry veggies and chow mein as well. Kimberlee's best friends Ashley and Courtney celebrated with us. Mim & Papa, Zen and Jody with their new baby Alice and Emilee's friend Jaqui were other guests.
Hugs was very happy too! It's his birthday too. He was Kimberlee's birthday present on her ninth birthday, four years ago. Since he was a rescue dog and the vet told us he was about a year old when we got him we decided that he'd share a birthday with Kimberlee. Happy 5th Hugs!
The kids had a great time jumping on the trampoline. After it became dark they turned off all the lights in the house and played Sardines (a type of hide and seek game). They played for hours! I finally drove her friends home at 11:30. They could have kept on going, but I had to get up and go to work today.

Kimberlee was undecided about what kind of cake she wanted. Ultimately homemade brownie sundaes were the chosen birthday treat! Delightfully deLiSH!!

The highlight of excitement came when Daddy brought out Kim's new classical guitar. She has been wanting one for a long time. Easier on the fingers says she! Easier on the ears (than her electrical guitar) says her Mom.
hapPY birTHDay!!!! Kimberlee is such a loved and special girl! She is a great friend, daughter, and grand daughter! She has a contagious laugh and we love her to pieces!

I saw Jessica driving today and about tripped over at church...what the hay!!! These kids are NOT supposed to grow up so fast.
BTW...love the pics of the fam on your sidebay...gorgeous.
2 teens! At least they are both wonderful and I'm sure they don't cause any trouble! Good food, friends and family- who could ask for more?
