Today our bishop was released and a new bishop was sustained and set apart. Steve has been Bishop Eddie's counselor for four years. For me big changes are always a little unsettling but also very exciting. I know that Steve will miss serving with Bishop Eddie but he is also looking forward to new opportunities to serve. I think he is secretly hoping that he will be called into the nursery with his wife?! Or maybe it is just my wishful thinking. Anyway, it was wonderful to be able to sit by my sweetheart and hold his hand during sacrament meeting. I love him! Our new bishop and counselors are going to be fantastic! The Spirit was very strong in our sacrament meeting today. Change is good, especially when the Lord is directing that change. It just feels right!

I was thinking about you a lot yesterday. I hope you know how much we all love and appreciate you and your husband. I'm excited for you to have more time with eachother;)
I was sad to see them go....they have been SO good to our family. Happy for you though that you get him back! It was an amazing mtg. for sure.
I think I am always more emotional about those things than my husband. I'm glad Steve was there to hold your hand!
and by the way, we are going to spit our nursery starting this Sunday! Thanks for your ideas!
Steve has been a huge blesing in our life. I am sad to see him go but happy that you guys will be together more. I am so grateful for the sacrifices that the families make in order for the men to be in callings. Thank you for all that you have done and for Steve being so faithful to his calling. Our ward was blessed to have his service!!
